Tuesday, February 13th, 2024 - Knight of Swords

Knight of Swords
Air
Impulsive
The Knight of Swords. A slightly more grown up Page of Swords. This Knight is charging directly in. A keyword he has been given is "impulsive". He is always moving, the horse is not touching the ground. A lot of intellect but not much planning. Taking risks, and charging in, but needs to be careful of running into a wall.

Monday, February 12th, 2024 - Six of Wands

Six of Wands
Fire

How appropriate. Six of Wands representing being celebrated, the rider on the horse is above everyone else. There has been a recent victory. Indeed, the Chiefs won the super bowl yesterday. There is recognition going on here. Self confidence coming from the hero of the day. I would like to be that hero, riding high, sitting tall and straight.

Sunday, February 11th, 2024 - The Lovers

The Lovers
Focus. The woman is looking up at the angel, the angel is looking down at the man and the woman, and the man is looking at the woman. Seeing beauty in all places. Naked and vulnerable but not covering up. This card represents 100% acceptance of another person. Nudity has sexual and romantic connotations but loving someone so completely does not automatically become about sex or romance. In my life I experience this type of love towards me, and I give it to others.

Saturday, February 10; 2024 - Ace of Swords

Ace of Swords
Element: Air

Pure, unadulterated intellect. The essence of the mind. Being handed a gift, not good or evil, not positive or negative. It’s a tool that needs responsible use, because it cuts away emotion from decision making. It gives me the wisdom to understand issues in a logical and practical way, without having judgment clouded by emotions. But it also makes it possible to wield a sharp tongue and hurt others.

Friday, February 9th, 2024 - Queen of Swords

Queen of Swords
Element: Air
Mind/Intellect

The Queen of Swords is a representation of my own internal feminine side, the part of me that would take indiscriminate action, void of all emotion, using nothing but logic. The sword would cut away all emotional connection to the choice. This Queen has a sharp tongue and says what needs to be said, direct and to the point. She's a force to be reckoned with. With her lending her power and support to me, it is like there is an army behind me. If I cross her, I will have to put up a fight and potentially come away bruised. She is loving and caring but her method of delivering this is through unadulterated truth. If she's not me, then she is someone in my life who displays these attributes.

Thursday, February 8th, 2024 - Queen of Cups, Inverted

The Queen of Cups
Keywords: Creativity, fertility, strong emotion, change, intuition
Water
The Queen of Wands is either my own internal motherly feminine side, or any person in my life who might take on that role - not for me, necessarily. She has her toe dipped into the water, while the other foot remains on the earth. Water is a symbol for emotion. The queen is not bathing in emotion, she is staying in touch with it. It's not only her emotion, it's emotion of the outside world, her friends and family, acquaintances. She's in tune with emotion but not drowning in it, she remains grounded. Her cup is covered up, so I can only share in what she's drinking when she allows. In an inverted state, it's a signal to keep aware of what happens when I bathe in the emotional turmoil of myself and the outside world. I get clingy and needy. There could be someone in my orbit who exhibits these behaviors, or it could be me.
